Our products are intended to meet your needs for either, use as shipped, or for the incorporation into other fabrication projects. Iron Scorpion LLC makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, relating to use, or incorporation of our products and Iron Scorpion LLC disclaims any implied warranties or warranties imposed by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All off-road and/or motor vehicle oriented products are intended for appearance only and are not intended to alter the safety of the vehicle. Use of our products is only at the risk of the user. It should be understood that Iron Scorpion LLC cannot accept any responsibility for the use of our products which results in the damage to person or property, either of the purchaser or others. Iron Scorpion LLC is only responsible for the refund or replacement of defected or damaged products due to manufacture or shipping. Use of the provided products will indicate purchaser willingly accepts all responsibility and liability for the use of the products. In addition, and notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the purchaser agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Scorpion LLC, its officers, directors, and employees (collectively, Iron Scorpion LLC) against all damages, liabilities or costs including reasonable attorney’s fees and defense costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the provided products or services, excepting only those damages, liabilities or costs attributable to the defective product, negligent acts or negligent failure to act by Iron Scorpion LLC. This is inclusive of all products produced or sold by Iron Scorpion LLC. If the purchaser of Iron Scorpion LLC products is unable, or unwilling, to accept the terms of this disclaimer, the products should be returned to Iron Scorpion and a full refund will be made.
All plans, specifications, graphical images, designs and notes and other documents, including all documents on electronic media prepared by the Iron Scorpion LLC are Instruments of Service and shall remain the property of Iron Scorpion LLC and may not be used by the client for any other endeavor, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Return Policy
Iron Scorpion LLC is willing to accept product returns provided the following requirements are met. The purchaser will be required to contact us by email or call the phone number on your invoice receipt to obtain an authorized return number. No returns accepted without an authorization number. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition and must include all original parts and accessories. Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item is sent back to us without an approved authorization number, it will either be refused or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return of damaged or defective items will not be subject to the restocking fee.
